​Located in the Hueco Mountains of Hudspeth County, the 1,280 acres is just 12 miles East of Horizon City and 17 miles from East El Paso, Texas.  It is accessed from Hastings Street, also known as the Fabens Cut Off, from Horizon Boulevard.  The property has a network of graded roads and electric.  The electric was put in by El Paso Electric Company who leased this property for windmills to generate electricity.
